At Home Barn, we want you to love every piece you choose for your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Home Barn account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding and documentation to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
